These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from the d'Italia online store. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

  1. General Information

d'Italia offers the sale of shoes, bags, and accessories delivered from Italy. Products are sold through our online store. All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT according to current Swedish legislation.

We reserve the right to change the product range and remove items from the range before a purchase is completed. We also reserve the right for potential stock shortages, text errors, and price inaccuracies.

  1. Orders

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have the approval of a parent/guardian. When you place an order, a binding contract is formed between you and d'Italia. An order confirmation will automatically be sent to your email address once the order has been completed. We reserve the right to decline an order if we deem it unfulfillable, for example, due to out-of-stock items or technical errors.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the website include VAT but exclude shipping fees. The shipping fee is specified separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We offer the following payment methods:

Credit card payment and payment via Klarna for Swedish customers.

We handle your personal and payment information as securely as possible, but in the event of unauthorized access by a third party to our customer data, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

We reserve the right to verify payment before delivery. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

  1. Delivery Terms

All products are delivered from Italy.

We partner with reliable shipping companies to manage deliveries and aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed once the transaction is complete.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and delivery method. The usual delivery time is 6-12 business days.

Delivery of special items made upon order may take longer.

Any delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Cost: The shipping fee varies depending on weight and destination and is specified at checkout.

Delivery Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information when placing your order. If incorrect information results in a delay or failed delivery, you will be responsible for any additional costs.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to cancel or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service at return@ditalia.se and notify us that you wish to return the item.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

The product must be in new condition, unused, and in the same state as when received, including all tags and labels. The item must be returned in its original box or packaging, which must be intact as we consider the box part of the product.

Any shoe bag or case must be included in the return shipment. Please note that shoes must be tried on a mat to prevent wear if you wish to exchange or return them. It is important that the soles of the shoes are intact.

The right of withdrawal or exchange does not apply if the shoes show visible signs of wear, dirt, or material deformation. d'Italia reserves the right to assess the condition when approving a return.

It is your responsibility to package the shipment so that the item and its box are not damaged during return shipping.

Refund Obligation: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, d'Italia will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. See also the Swedish Consumer Agency's Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act & E-commerce regulations. Refunds are issued after we receive the return and are processed via the same payment method.

Exceptions: Products that are custom-made according to your specific requests or otherwise modified are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

  1. Complaints

If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you have the right to file a complaint. Contact our customer service at info@ditalia.se and describe the issue as thoroughly as possible, preferably with photos as documentation. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or refund.

  1. Sizes and Colors

Sizes in the d'Italia online store vary between different brands. However, we strive to provide as accurate descriptions of size and fit as possible for each shoe model. Since every foot is unique, we cannot be responsible for discrepancies between the size description and your experience of the shoe's size and fit.

We cannot guarantee that the delivered product will have the exact color and appearance as perceived on your screen due to color settings and the type of display on your computer/smartphone/tablet. We are not responsible for the color representation on your screen.

  1. Personal Data and Privacy

We value your privacy and comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). When you place an order, we need to collect certain information, such as your name, address, phone number, and payment details, to fulfill your purchase. Your information is handled confidentially and is only used to provide the services you request.

  1. Liability and Limitation of Liability

d'Italia is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from delays, missed deliveries, or technical issues. We reserve the right to change information on the website, including prices, stock availability, and product descriptions, without prior notice.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or other similar events (force majeure).
